I have nowhere near the 20% down needed for a regular Mortgage. Any help is much appreciated cause I'd rather put the 2 grand towards my own place than giving it away to another landlord again. 5% is min down payment. If you'd like a pre approval done to see if you can qualify, give me a call and I will get it done for you asap. Mortgage rules change next week, and it will be even harder to get a mortgage.
