Do NOT use capital clean outs. I came to this page to look for a cleaning company to clean a townhouse that was in pretty bad shape due to a pretty gross tenant. Normally I would clean up myself but being pregnant I did not want to surround myself with all of the chemicals.this company charge me $200, 100 for cleaning 50 for trash removal (which was really some sports stuff in the garage that he wanted to keep anyways) and 50 for some ceiling repair which ended up just being a small paint job. I have been here now for three hours cleaning up the house because he did not even vacuum. The sinks were not cleaned the toilets were not cleaned the counters were not cleaned. He stated there was no running water, so I tested today and the water is running however it is not running with very good pressure. No big deal. I could have forgiven dirty toilet water if there was proof of scrubbing. I have asked for a refund for the $100 for the cleaning and he is refusing. He has offered to come back and "run a vacuum " but I have already been here for three hours. I do not think my client should have to pay this money because it was not done. I am spending my entire day doing it. I have photos and video proof of this. Do not use capital clean out, you will get screwed over.
