  Have her contact Charles White Management at 617-267-1283. They are located at 330 Commonwealth Ave (back bay), great apts - very reasonable prices. I used to rent from them, most of their properties are on Comm Ave between Hereford Ave and mass ave. they have some on Marlborough Street too. Great company, excellent service! Very safe area area. Waiting list is long, she has to be persistent. Good luck,
