I believe that feeling connected to your body and moving it well are essential factors in living well, and I love giving people the space and knowledge to achieve this. I provide customized massage sessions and movement education to clients who wish to improve their lives by making massage therapy a regular part of their self care. Sessions may include elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Scar Tissue Massage. Together we will come up with a plan to help you get out of pain or manage stress, and fully enjoy your life!
