Just had Mad Hatter come and clean and inspect our chimney. They found multiple cracks and deemed it unsafe for use. (We have had no issues. I thought after living here for 5 years it was time for a cleaning and check) The fix is quite costly. I have two questions. Any opinions on Mad Hatter? And recommendations for a second opinion? House was built in 1987. Thanks for any help!!!!
