In Maryland, I definitely recommend [Garnish](http://garnishboutique.com/). But an even better choice, I think, is a place I would have loved to go but couldn't manage to get to: [Wren Bridal](http://www.wrenbridal.com/collections/). Their collections look amazing and right up your alley.
