  We received this letter today in our mailbox. I wanted to let you know my parents used this company and had a really bad experience. Their heater was working before they came to do a clean/service . They paid them the money and went to turn the heater back on it wasn't working. They sent back the technician and he couldn't fix it. Sent somebody else later that day and still couldn't fix it. Had to call another company to fix the heater! Be aware.
