La Laine is South Africa’s FIRST 100% South African Handmade Merino Roving Woolen Blanket
The entire process of each blanket is done by Danielle Maaske. From admin work, marketing, felting and knitting, she does it all herself.
The hand-dyed wool is sourced from a local dyer who also has the same values and dreams as Danielle; assuring you with the highest quality and eye for detail with each blanket made.
Although there are many other merino blanket brands popping up all over the country; La Laine remains the first and original, guaranteeing you the BEST quality and unique handmade feel and look.
Due to the nature of the product, delivery can take from 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery. La Laine makes use of a local courier service, FastWay, and purchases can be tracked once a label number has been issued.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from www.lalaine.co.za.
La Laine strives to ensure customer satisfaction and therefore we make use of a return policy that is fair and effective. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, please feel free to contact us to further arrange the necessary alterations. If an item is to be returned, the customer will need to have all the original packaging, label, materials which were included in the original delivery, etc. All products must be clean, unused, unwashed to qualify for a return. Customers wishing to return any merchandise must contact La Laine within 7 days of receiving the parcel to qualify for a return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping or courier charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you have received an incorrect order or faulty product, shipping charges will be refunded on request. Please note that if the customer makes use of their received product, regardless if it was an incorrect order or faulty, this voids any form of... show more exchange. Please be advised; product pictures may vary slightly in color or style from the actual product. La Laine cannot grant refunds or returns if the customer feels the product “does not look exactly like that in the picture.”
