This is what I mean by honest. - I realize this sounds crabby, but every time I work with someone to fix my house, A/C unit, etc, I lose a little faith in humanity. I don't mind paying extra (I would love to help out a fellow neighbor) for someone that is genuine and honest.

  Ted Yanis redid our bathroom two years ago and did an incredible job! He's honest, takes pride in his work and is extremely reasonable in price. His # is 512-786-4364. We liked him so much we had him return to put in wood floors throughout our house.
