  Hi, my friend is keeping two outdoor kittens rescued from a feral mom. She has socialized them and fell in love... She is on limited income and the vet wants too much to have them spayed and neutered. 400 each... That's way too high. Anyone know of where she could have this done more reasonably priced? She absolutely does not want their ear clipped as they are no longer feral. They are young maybe 14 to 16 weeks old, one boy and one girl. She's in Northport, but willing to drive for a voucher, or low cost vet...thanks
