  I stayed at this one for a while, actually for more than a month: http://www.uzb.cz/en/accommodation. It's a bit far, but you have very good tram connection, 15 minutes to the center. It was about 7700 per month, you get a small apartment, kind of basic and older furniture, but for a short time it's ok.
