About us
We all have a spine. No matter your age; from new born babies to the elderly, everyone including you can benefit from chiropractic care.
Everyday living, stresses, chemicals and everything in between can cause misalignments of the spine and interfere with the normal function and movement of your body.
These are known as vertebral subluxations.
Vertebral subluxations put pressure on the nerves that branch out from the spine. These nerves act like a network conveying vital information from the brain to the body and then from the body back to the brain.
The spine is made up of moveable bones called vertebrae. It has three major functions: stability, movement and protection. Stability from the spine allows for the body to stand upright. Movement comes from the muscles that attach to the spine and allow for our flexibility. Protection is the most important function. The spine protects the nervous system which is made up of your brain, spinal cord, spinal and peripheral nerves. If the spine cannot move correctly and is less stable due to vertebral subluxations, it cannot carry out its most important function: protection. The spine then becomes and irritant to the nerves and interferes with their function.
As chiropractors, we locate, analyse and correct these vertebral subluxations. Chiropractic adjustments re-align the spine, remove the pressure from the nerves, allowing them to function properly. This in turn, results in a healthier, happier you.
Chiropractic care allows individuals to live a healthier life by clearing interferences in one's nervous system.
We are passionate about being able to help people naturally. We believe whole-heartedly in the benefits of chiropractic not only because of our extensive training but also because of our personal experiences and also from the feedback and gratitude expressed by the people we see.
We look forward to helping you or answering any questions you might have.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a local chiropractor? Preferably someone that isn't afraid to adjust, rather than using the trigger gun thing :-) TIA!!
