POLICIES

PAYMENT -
I primarily accept Paypal as a form of payment as this is safe for both you and I. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still use Paypal to pay by debit card.

I do also accept bank transfer and cheque, however I wont start the order until I have received the cheque and wont send the item out until it clears.

Payments are due upon checkout or once the order has been placed. However if you are sending me clothing I will wait until I have received the items. Again I will not start the order until the balance has been paid.

In the case of a non-payment I will cancel the order after 5 days of the order being placed or receiving items. If you then want the items back you will have to pay the postage.

SHIPPING -
Items will be shipped within 3 weeks (usually a lot quicker) after payment and receiving any clothing needed. I will keep you updated the whole way thought your order. I will also send picture of fabrics for your to confirm your preferences. Before its shipped I will send a picture of the finished item to make sure its correct.

I send my items with royal mails on a 2nd class signed for. I will inform you once the parcel is sent and let you know if there is any tracking and the code.

Items are well packaged in sealed plastic envelopes to help prevent any dirt or dust getting on your items. I will also try to pack them small enough to go thought letterboxes, however this is not guaranteed as some item just wont fit.

I do ship to the outside of England using royal mail. However the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or charges that may occur.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES -
I offer refunds or exchanges (which ever you prefer) if items arrive damaged or faulty. If you change your mind on an item, that is not personalized, I will also refund your money. However this does not apply if its a personalised item, you will receive pictures and update all the way thought your order being created to make sure it suits your preferences.

wish to have a refund or exchange you will need to contact me within 5 days of the item being delivered.

The item will have to be returned, I will refund the postage costs once I have received the item. If the buyer has changed their mind I will not pay the postage to return the item.

Once I have received the item I will asses the damage and refund or exchange. The new item will be posted within 1 week of me receiving the item, I will also cover the shipping costs of the second item. If you wish to be refunded I will refund the day I receive the item, the same way it was paid for.
