Making an Appointment
1. How do I make an appointment?
You will firstly need to do some research and find some reference pictures, or the type of font you are wanting and print it out.
2. Do I need a consultation with the Artist?
Some of our artists do require a consult with you, this only take 5-10 minutes and costs nothing. You will need to bring along your printed out reference pictures for the consult. NOT a USB and NOT a mobile phone. Consults do need to be booked in.
3. Can I make an appointment over the phone?
If the artist doesn't require a consult you can book over the phone or if it is an ongoing piece.
4. How much will my tattoo cost?
Smaller work (completed within 3hours) is quoted by the design by the artist.
Larger work (3+hours) is on the hourly rate with a min of 3 hours.
5. How long will my tattoo take?
There are a few contributing factors – How well you sit, the detail in the design, the placement of the design. The artist will give you an approximate time but it may vary.
6. Deposits
When you have made your appointment – a deposit of ½ the cost is required, whether it is ½ the quoted price or ½ the cost of the sit time (for larger sittings).
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled or the deposit is forfeited. Everyone requires a deposit.
7. Payment
We have EFTPOS facilities, we accept cash and you can organize direct deposit before the appointment allowing for it to be in our bank account.
8. Refunds of Deposits
You will not be given cash we require your bank details and will direct deposit the money back into your account.
9. Bringing friends along
If you bring someone with you to your appointment they will have to remain in the waiting room as only artists and the person getting tattooed are allowed in the studio.
10. YES you must be over 18.
We will not tattoo anyone under 18... show more years old even with parental consent. We check all photo ID it is a requirement so please bring it with you.
11. Bargain Hunting.
Undercutting other studios – you get what you pay for we will not barter our art and believe our prices are fair.
12. Touch Ups
There are no free touch ups on fingers or toes. You will need to book in for your free touch up within 3 months of the initial appointment.
