  I actually called John, he doesn't do the kind of work I am looking to have done. He does mostly kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I am trying to move the heater, and relac system into the closet. I'm also going to attempt replacing my water heater with a tankless system. http://www.tanklesswaterheater.com/newreleases.php I think this is a pretty huge project, but we shall see. -Theresa
