  Great guy. Use to teach construction. When I worked for him he did commercial and residential contruction. Then he went to just doing home inspections. Tell him you are a friend of Butch Wampler and he will probably give you a discount. Just not sure if he goes up your way. I had him do several homes we have purchased.
