  I live in the greater Los Angeles area and the best deal I found on insurance for my Chetak was through Fernet (fernet.com). They are an insurance broker, so my actual policy is with Progressive...but their prices were much better than calling Progressive directly. Working with them was really great too. I love it when company can email documents to me (in PDF form) so I don't have to deal with the company fax machine.
