  Locos Grill & Cantina 241 NE Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO I've catered all over Kansas City. We formerly owned La Tienda Chiquita in LIberty. Our basic buffet starts off with 2 tacos per person, rice & beans, chips & salsa, plus all the toppings you need. Meat choices are too many too list, so its not just ground beef and shredded chicken. 8.99 per person.
