  Having my roof redone and the roofer advised that the chimney used for venting the furnace and hot water tank is shot. Three questions: 1) recommendations for someone to repair/replace chimney 2) recommendations for someone to re-vent out the side of the house (currently don't have high or mid efficiency furnace)- probably 15 year old forced air. 3) recommendations for someone to replace with high efficiency furnace A/C and vent out side.
