Women give so much of themselves to their families, jobs, and/or homes. Because there is so much to do and so little time in which to do it, we often put our own well-being on the bottom of our list of priorities. As a result, women may lack energy and time to do the activities they wish to do; they may suffer from stress, anger, depression, and overall poor health.
The mission of MyFit is to empower women to be proactive in caring for themselves; therefore, improving their quality of life.
MyFit provides personal fitness and nutrition training for women. We teach strength training, cardio training, and provide nutritional advice to help women achieve a healthy lifestyle. We begin with a fitness assessment and then design a training program to fit your needs. The program includes training hours with a certified personal trainer. Your progress is monitored and your program is revised as your fitness level improves.
Tammy Patterson has been dedicated to good health and fitness for over 20 years. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and an educator – a natural motivator. She is in the business of preserving the spirit of others and changing lives. The hardest part is starting. Let her be your coach!
