  Mark McNamara, 781-294-7100. You can also try cranking the heat on the first floor and make sure all doorways, vents to the 2 nd floor are open. If you know where the pipes for the heat run to the second floor, you can try to heat that area with a portable heater. Just don't leave it unattended. If it is in a closet, make sure the closet door is open.
