I have a problem, and it's called "crappy cleaners". We currently use a well-known "local-ish" cleaning service, and if they scratch one more thing, I'm going to have to start charging them, rather than the other way around. So... Can anyone recommend a housekeeper (rather than "cleaner") - someone who would properly take care of the cleaning (and would notice things that need cleaning without needing to have them pointed out), is able to iron without making shirt collars look like mirrors, and is in general a reliable and trustworthy person, and would be able to pop by once a week for 3 hours or so to give the house a clean, without damaging either the shower doors by washing them with what I can only assume was a scrubber (trust me, they're not that dirty!), or cleaning the hood and hob with gravel? Rates are negotiable, as is usage of either our or brought products (if they have a preference, we can get them).
