I have found Freightliner to be one of the best places in Portland to have service issues done. I tried a Dodge dealer one and found their work to be sloppy and expensive. I have had a lot of work done on suspension, diesel chip, running boards, etc at the Sprinter Store in Tualitin to be excellent. I have also had an oil change done there. www.upscaleauto.com/ If you find a place for backup camera installation I hope you share the outcome. I have tried the wireless/remote camera when I used a carrier on the hitch. I now tow a Smart car and would like to see what is going on while going down the road.
