  Hi everyone, long story short. I've moved in to a townhouse off the plan that has lots of defects. The builder at first offered to fix the defects themselves, however they do not have the time to fix it............ Instead, they have offered me cash compensation to get someone else to fix. Does anyone know someone who is reliable and efficient to give me a written quote ASAP for the following jobs: - Tiling work: replacing some chipped tiles and fixing discoloured grouting - Plumber: to fix some blocked pipe issues - Painter: To repaint certain rooms - Sliding door repairer - Air Conditioner Repairer - Carpenter due to a wooden frame issue - Brick replacement: some bricks have very big chips and need colour matching and replacement. - Window glass replacement - electrician to install outdoor down lights. I'd prefer for the person to come out and check out the problems on site so I can explain to them what needs repairing. Thanks heaps for your help!
