  As a tenant my absolute favorite was Starks Homes; that's who we had for the Clipper Ship house for 2 years. Lili has a bit of an accent & talks fast but they were very responsive and courteous, and followed the terms of the agreement to the letter. I know she and her husband were instrumental in promoting new tenant protection laws here locally. I think they treat the property owners well too, although I have heard her yell at them when she thought they were being unfair. Contact info is below:
