Trustys is different from other tradesmen and professional websites -
The business can't just apply for a listing - they have to be recommended by their customers and then invited to join.
Criteria for Tradesmen & Professionals Listed on Trustys -
They are either sole traders or small businesses so we are dealing with the business personally (and because they're small businesses, many aren't VAT registered in which case you don't have to pay VAT on top of your bill)
Each of them has been recommended for their honesty, reliability, quality of work and fair prices and they welcome the opportunity to be listed on Trustys, as their reputations are vital to the success of their businesses.

Bear in mind that I haven't used all these businesses myself, and so I can't give any personal guarantees.
