  Rascal is a seven year old dachshund who was brought to the shelter when his owner became ill and could no longer care for him. He is completely housebroken, loves to run around outside, and loves to be near people. He can be a bit slow to warm up, but once he does, he will be your best friend. Rascal has never been around other dogs, and prefers older kids as the young ones make him a bit nervous. Rascal needs a loving, indoor home.
