  Try Northwest Arboriculture, Address: 5616 Maltby Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072, Phone: (425) 806-6945. I use these folks 2 years ago for massive trimming, and a partial tree removal. I got them from Checkbook.org, and they were one of the few places that got a 100% rating for superior performance. I was pleased with the work they did for us (as well as the price).
