Does anyone know if there is a place to get adapters or do you have to redo the sewage plumbing?Billy M. replied:Reason I asked about the exact size is I believe you might be mistaken. 3" pipe should measure 3.5" on the OD (outside dimension) I don't think I've ever seen 4" pipe used which would measure 4.5" OD. The slinky sewer hose has to have an adapter on the end of it. That adapter will attach to a mating adapter glued onto the end of pipe.
