  I can tell you who to avoid: Southern Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. I had been a loyal customer for 17 years, but no longer. They changed ownership last year and the new owner refused to fix a major problem caused by the former owners (but same repairman), claiming he had no responsibility or liability to do so. Worse, the price he quoted to fix the problem his repairman caused was twice what another HVAC dealer estimated. The new owner has no ethics in my opinion. I switched to Stemmel Plumming/HVAC and couldn't be more impressed. Their representative Nathan is incredibly hardworking, smart and nice.
