  Would like a tattoo artist recommendation please. I have been reading tons of online reviews and trying to do my research on who and where to talk to about a tattoo. I want to try and narrow down to a couple places and then go in and speak in person to some of the artists. This will be my first and only tattoo and I don't want to risk getting someone who will not do a good job. I also don't have many friends who have tattoos I can ask opinions from... Houston redditors, I am an older woman looking to have a small, nice-looking tattoo put on my palm between the two horizontal lines that run there. Yeah, I think it's gonna hurt, but I want my dead son's name there, so I'm gonna grit my teeth and let the artist tie my arm down if necessary.
