  The going rate is flexible depending on the rest of the offer, every area of the city is hosting empty units. Feel free to give me a call 613-295-5903. Free advice : watch out for CAM rates, they are flexible and you need to have a 3 year history to determine where yours will sit in comparison to advertised rates.
