  Help! Who do I call to check this out? My dear son helped us to discover a problem we didn't know we had when he rammed his shopping cart into this judge's panel in our dining room this morning, promptly punching a hole through it. Upon further inspection, the whole panel seems to have been soaking in water. Just knocking on the panel with my knuckle made a dent. I (foolishly) put a piece of tape over the hole to keep my kiddos from messing with it. When I went to remove it to take pics to post here, the paint peeled off with the tape. The other panels around it don't seem to be affected, but I can't know for sure. It's almost like I could rip the whole thing out with little to no effort. Don't know if it matters, but this is on the side of the house (not back in up to any other room). What type of person do I need to get out here to inspect and/or repair this?
