Patisserie de Pondicherry aims to offer high quality products that do not only look good, but to also provide products that taste sublime – “des produits de haute qualité qui ne seulement ressemblent pas bons, mais aussi fournissent des produits cette sublime de gout”. We aim to offer our products at competitive prices to meet the demand of the middle to higher income local market area Hospitality Industry outlets and, specifically to Bed & Breakfast establishments. Patisserie de Pondicherry is a specialized bakery establishment whose focal intention is to capture the interest of a regular and loyal customer base with a broad variety of pastry and expert specific, focused cake and confectionery products with a European elegance. In addition to our breakfast pastry range – Danish, Croissant, Brioche, Danish Pains we also offer our highly specialized range of cakes, tarts and confectionery – Gateaux’s, French Tarts and French Tartlets, Petit Fours, Choux Pastry, Puff Pastry, Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes.
