  I was going to suggest Nouvelle Cuisine. Excellent food and romantic ambiance. Great beer! Small place, so definately recommend a reservation. They are always busy on the weekends. As for dancing, not sure of anything around here. We go to Evom for drinks often. Sometimes they have live music and a small area to dance but its hit or miss. I have some friends who go to Miss Kittys Hilltop for dancing but Ive never been.

  Depending on your price range - Nouvelle Cuisine is DELICIOUS! We also enjoyed Wasabi's sushi...it's great for the area...and the new Japenese Restaurant on 50 was good and are always fun! But Nouvelle Cuisine was definitely the tastiest!

  Agree about Nouvelle Cuisine - a little more upscale than you'll find elsewhere in the area. Great for a special occasion - but do call and make a reservation days ahead as they sometimes close for private parties. Brian's Place is also good on Shoal Line. I try to avoid the chains when I have people coming in from out of town. They can likely get that where they live.
