  I have been to this doctor for about 5 or 6 years. He's very thorough and a good eye doctor. He has two offices, but the one I go to is near Costco and At Home furniture atCharlotte ave on Annex Ave. his phone number is 615-352-3330. Who needs to go you , Casey or Hunter? What is the reason for the visit? I ask this because my father was a Optometrist. Depending what the problem is you might need a Opthamologist, rather than an Optometrist. This doctor is good with both children and adults. I recommend him highly.
