  You can make an appointment a Highmark Direct Health Insurance Store (they are over along 248 by 2 Guys,(610) 252-7546). They can go over the plans that are available and it's not through the Market Place. I'm self employed and switched mine. The deductibles were higher on this plan, but the monthly fee and copays are smaller so it is actually costing me less per year. Good luck!
