  hi there, from experience, i would advice foreigners to never go to private healthcare clinics/centers, it seems the owners were thinking to make money with these clinics, but when it turned out that locals don't even care about and never go there, they don't find other ways to make money other than using students and overcharging for everything, and you are lucky if you get it done, because they expect you to come back anyway.
