  J & J Roofing - (323) 913-4190 I thought we were missing some flashing. John (the owner) came out to inspect. He told me everything was as it should be and in doing a quick inspection of the roof, told me it was in excellent shape. He went on to tell me that the sealant used was the better of the 2 types normally used and that I would not need to call him for any repairs in probably less than 10 years. Point is, he drove out for a free inspection...didn't charge a thing and then went further to tell me that I don't need a thing. Super honest and extremely polite and friendly!!
