Goal_digger_25 asked:Renovation/remodel recommendations Hi fellow redditors. We recently purchased an older home here in town, and the kitchen and master bath definitely need updating/remodeling. To be honest, I don't even know where to start. The kitchen is small, and I'd be open to expanding the space. However, I don't know if this is feasible given the structure, etc. What I'm looking for is recommendations on who to go to for an all inclusive solution. I'd like to have someone come in to see the space, us tell them our style and what we generally like, and them come back with ideas and designs for us to choose from. Then, once we choose, they take over and get it done. Design though construction. Maybe I've seen one too many episodes of Fixer Upper, but who can I go to for this kind of thing? Thanks in advance.

She wants a wall taken out between the kitchen and dining room, an island added, new countertops and existing cabinets painted/glazed, new appliances. We had a few names but having a hard time getting estimates. She also needs an existing shower insert removed and the shower enlarged and tiled in master bath. The closing is set for Aug 15 and they would like to get started as soon as possible after that date.
