  Does anyone know of any warehouse/garage spaces for rent that could accommodate 30 people? It does not need anything special, no catering or event services at all and it could even be a business/workshop. I'm looking to take an annual holiday party out of the house and away from neighbors to avoid causing any neighborhood noise disruptions. I've already tried all of the places i could find listed but they are too expensive and mostly all booked.
