The building is now part of an apartment complex. It was redone with the help of Savannah College of Art and Design. It has been redone really nicely. They have a Facebook page for this place - https://www.facebook.com/ivyhallofscad From their FB page: Ivy Hall is the cultural arts and writing center of the Savannah College of Art and Design, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Ivy Hall is open to the public for tours every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To schedule a group tour, please call 404.253.3324 Before, it remained vacant and was boarded up. It became a magnet for vagrants, and created problems for the neighborhood. It was a constant issue as they were breaking into the place, and squatting there. They would go prowling around the neighborhood, and alot of stolen goods turned up on that property. The street people nearly destroyed the place before SCAD came in there, or what was left of it after the fire.
