Sometimes we just need more time to do what we love. With fifteen years experience as a hospitality professional primarily leading cleaning teams and experiencing all the ups and downs within the industry, I questioned myself on what has drawn me to this industry. What consistently comes to mind, other than my great staff throughout the years, is the guest's experience.
