  Robert P. wrote: Ross Povey quoted me a price and when the job was finished his invoice was much higher than quoted, his word means nothing, get everything in writing.. Today got a call from the council, Ross Povey did not finalise the job by getting the appropriate approvals. Two years after the job. VERY UN TRUSTWORTHY. look elsewhere for a plumber, very disappointing.
