My Recess is a sensory gym designed to provide Occupational & Speech Therapy services as well Sensory Play and Yoga classes for kids. Within our space, your child will increase confidence, develop creativity and imagination, improve self and sensory regulation, and learn skills to be the happiest healthiest kid they can be.
