  RHL that I'm going to knock my house down and build a new one ...... it's pretty exciting but also a daunting task ! I have the planning passed already for a small detached 3 bed house with detached double garage. Who are the best and most trust worthy builders around the Lymington area ? I'm really looking for a company or a person who I could work with and bring in various trades as I need them, rather than a builder who wants to do the whole job for me. I am capable of a lot of internal tasks as have to keep the costs down. Will probably have a basement, so groundworks and bricklayers would be a good start.
