  **Plumber Needed** Does anyone know a good Plumber that's free to fix my tenant's boiler asap? I've been massively let down by someone I was recommended, and the tenant (and her young kids) have now been without hot water and central heating for over a week! The pump is leaking and definitely needs replacing, the RCD keeps tripping out (which I think is due to the moisture in the electrics or a fault with the fuse spur), and the last guy reckoned the heat exchanger needed replacing too. Called 15 local companies this evening and the soonest they could come out is in a week. Would really appreciate any suggestions or local plumbers getting in touch directly.
