  Tara L. wrote: Absolutely an awful experience & did a horrible job on my hair! I asked to have it fixed and she charged me to have it fixed and it was worse than when she first did it! The owner of the salon is having to fix my hair and have my hair re-done for the 3rd time. Tracy will not refund my money or did not care that the bleach was burning my scalp. I have pictures and all of our messages. I am not the only client she has done this too and refuses to make it right
