Looking for a good OBGYN during pregnancy I have one now but I hate the office she is at. Last time I went I waited an hour and half to even be seen. Then when I call I am always put on hold for 5-10 mins and they always sound like they are so annoyed. I'm still early in my pregnancy so I feel okay finding someone new. Just need some recommendations.

My wife and two of our friends are super happy with https://www.midwiferycareassociates.com/ They work with Shady Grove (and probably other hospitals) for delivery with the hospital-based OBs, so you don't necessarily have a single doc point of contact throughout but rather a midwife. We're currently back with them for round 2 (plus a miscarriage) so they must be doing something right. I don't remember any issues with wait times or difficulty getting appointments.

Where do you want to deliver and what kind of birth would you like to have? CWC is a traditional OB. They're fine- I used them until I was 36 weeks pregnant, then I switched to Midwifery Care associates because I decided I wanted to deliver closer to home (Shady Grove) and have access to a tub during labor. Tara, with the Midwives, delivered our son. She was wonderful. I suggest this group if you are considering a low-intervention or drug-free birth experience.
Hi moms, does anyone have experience with a midwife who has worked with interpreters before? Any suggestions in the MoCo area? Asking for a friend.

http://www.midwiferycareassociates.com/office_locations I didn't have a chance to use the midwifery there as I started there late, but this office has a CODA nurse and she's awesome. Because of her, everyone seems to be knowledgeable with interpreter, including my doctors. They moved to Rockville from White Flint mall and I imagine they know what to do.
