  Studio spaces needed for filming from 5th Dec for at least 5 (potentially 7) day shoot. I'm looking for one venue within the M25 that has all of the following: - One large studio space with easy loading/access, for filming main shoot - One small/medium space with character (not blank canvas type), for photo shoot - One medium size space, for filming educational content - Outdoor area, for additional photography - A medium/large area we can use for make up (might be making up 4 people simultaneously) - A medium/large area we can use for hair (might be working on up to 4 people simultaneously) - A medium/large area we can for wardrobe & as a dressing area (might be dressing up to 4 people simultaneously) Sound is not being recorded in any of the areas. I need to avoid location companies as I simply don't have the budget to cover their additional fees. I'm contacting all of my usual go-tos but am having difficulties due to the amount of space I need and the duration I need it for. Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated.
